The world has been plunged into darkness. In brief moments of light, bloodthirsty monsters appear. As hope dwindles away with each passing moment, the shadows threaten to consume all. These might be your last days together.

That's a nice detailed review you got there! Yeah your points are very valid, especially elevated places nonsense which I was hoping noone will notice :))
Sadly we didn't have enough time to implement tutorial and rules of game jam prevent us from drastically changing the game until voting is complete... But yeah we should've made that and dialogues instead of building second building which most people didn't even get to see. A bit of bad planning
